What does a successful training program or mentorship experience look like?

Every hospital and ICU is different. In some places, OT is well integrated and commonplace within the ICU. At other hospitals, it’s a challenge to be regularly consulted. What’s the practice at your hospital? Are you regularly consulted for patients in the ICU? Do you work with or separately from PT? Do the RNs and medical team know what OT is?
